DMCI Homes is expanding in Eastern Metro Manila with a P14.36-billion project adjacent to its top-selling residential condominium development Prisma Residences in Pasig Boulevard, Pasig City.
In a statement, DMCI Homes Assistant Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said the new two-tower project is planned to rise in the 1.3-hectare lot beside Prisma Residences in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
The condominium is among the 5 new projects DMCI Homes is eyeing to launch before year-end. The company is eyeing to generate approximately P14.36 billion from sales of the new development.
Yap said DMCI Homes is confident of replicating the success of the Prisma Residences with the new project because of favorable outlook for residential spaces in the area.
Property consultancy firm Colliers International said in its second quarter 2019 property market report that it expects continued high residential demand in Ortigas in the next three years because of the entry of offshore gaming firms in the area.
Prisma Residences has been well-received by homebuyers ever since the three-tower development was launched in 2017. The project is 94 percent sold as of August 22, 2019.
“The new development will be our 12th residential project in Pasig City since DMCI Homes started operations in 1999. It is worth noting also that since 2016, this will be our ninth project in the city which only reflects the big demand for residential spaces in Eastern Metro Manila,” Yap said.
