What is the main agenda of this maritime meeting involving PH maritime territory? I don’t see any context in this article indicating DND secretary Lorenzana is after the retrieval of PH territory taken illegally by Chinese. Otherwise this meeting is nothing but publicity and personal recognition with lots of nonsense talks.
