Property developer Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) recently signed a lease agreement with APEX for one of Robinsons Land’s upcoming office buildings – Zeta Tower, a LEED®Silver Pre-certified green building located within Bridgetowne, a mixed-use complex located along C-5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City.
Apex, a facilities management, serviced office and fit-out service provider in the Philippines has selected Zeta Tower for its office expansion as it grows its business operations in the country. Zeta Tower, a 20-storey prime office building, is a LEED Silver Pre-Certified for Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell Development. It is located within Bridgetowne, a mixed-use complex, which is easily accessible to public transportation such as jeepneys, MRT, and shuttle services connecting to major roads such as EDSA, Ortigas Avenue and E. Rodriguez Jr Avenue.Bridgetowne can easily be access by residents and workers coming from Quezon City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Marikina City, and Rizal.
Thomas Cragg, Vice-President of Sales at Apex, shared that they have chosen to partner with Robinsons Land in Zeta Tower after considering the quality and the location of the environment, apart from the Robinsons Land team being easy to work with. He added that “Robinsons Land showed us a glimpse of the future in Bridgetowne and we wanted to be a part of it from the beginning.”

Zeta Tower has a spacious office floor plate of about 2,500 square meters with approximately 35,000 square meters of leasable space. The building features high-speed Mitsubishi elevators, 100% back-up power (N+1 provision), VRF Air-conditioning for the office spaces, 24/7 security and fire protection systems, and multiple telecommunications providers.
Zeta Tower is aiming for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Silver Certification for Core & Shell under the US Green Building Council’s LEED green building program. This globally recognized system rates buildings in areas such as energy and water efficiency, indoor-air quality and usage of renewable materials.
The building has several sustainable green features including double glazed glass windows which allow natural light into the building while blocking out noise and heat; an efficient and energy-saving air conditioning system with high Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) called the VRF (variable refrigerant flow) wherein a space can be cooled individually instead of the building as whole as in other conventional commercial spaces potentially reducing energy consumption, a rainwater collection system for irrigating the building’s plants and landscaping to reduce potable water consumption and bicycle racks and shower rooms to provide future employees more efficient alternatives for their daily commute to work.
