Megaworld unit GERI to build second resort condo in Tagaytay project

Megaworld’s Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) unveils a unique home option in Tagaytay. To be called The Manor, the exclusive enclave is the latest residential development at the 1,200-hectare Twin Lakes development.

The 12-storey three-clustered residential development will have limited units of about 129 and each floor will have an exclusive 14 units per floor, ranging from 27 sqm to 55 sqm.

The chalet-inspired home will also feature a prominent balcony in each unit with a view of Taal Lake.

“Residents will have an ultimate European experience of living at the Manor. Everyone can enjoy the cool breeze of Tagaytay while enjoying the naturally serene backdrop of the township. They will have a wonderful time relaxing with nature as they settle in the development’s comforts,” says Glennford Heraldo, vice president for sales and marketing at Twin Lakes, GERI.

Aside from the township’s leisure and recreational amenities, future residents and guests will also have two exclusive amenity decks, which include a swimming pool with lounge and spa, a function hall, a business center, a fitness center, a game room, as well as outdoor amenities and a children’s play area.

Located within the Twin Lake’s The Vineyard, a 1.3-hectare residential phase of the township, unit owners at the Manor will also be given the privilege to be located alongside the very first vineyard in the Philippines. The 10-hectare vineyard is a stunning landscape of tidy rows of grape vines, similar to the ones found in Tuscany and Napa Valley.

Aside from Twin Lakes, GERI has four other townships across the country—Boracay Newcoast in Boracay Island, Aklan (150 hectares); Southwoods City on the boundaries of Carmona, Cavite, and Biñan, Laguna (561 hectares); Sta. Barbara Heights in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo (173 hectares); and Alabang West (62 hectares).

I visited Tagaytay recently. I was appaled with the over development in the area, traffic congestion, and lack of urban planning in this once-upon-a-time paradise.

What used to be a comfortable 1 hour drive to Tagaytay, is now a nightmarish 3-hour travel from Manila during rush hours.

that is true 3-hour from metro manila traffic along Aguinaldo Hwy because of Malls and lots of people,

I visit Tagaytay last week and its time to forget what it is smell and the looks and the feel a decade ago, it is really different already, lots of buildings less trees and no more smell of our own coffee.

But still I’m planning to buy House and lot somewhere there., bec. for me tagaytay still better than metro manila.

“27 sqm to 55 sqm” Wow, very exclusive… That’s not even a full sized condo.

Mr. Henry SY, maybe its about time to help develop agriculture in the countryside. Go for the less fortunate of this country, the farmers especially in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur. Only the rich and able Filipino people can avail of this Condo or until such these farmer earned money they deserved of giving us food, corn and coconut products.
